Community Impact Day – Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service

Student Success Celebration Hannah Caldwell Elementary School, Union New Jersey led by members Crystal McNeill and Darcea West. Over 500 participants including 150 students that emulated the ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Students received certificates acknowledging their committment to scholastic achievement and social responsibility. To kick-off of the Launching New Dimension of Service On January 15, 2016 Beta Alpha Omega donated healthy food items to over 100 children and families. This community impact day took place at The Leaguers, 405-425 University Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07102. Healthy kid-friendly snacks included boxes of raisins, granola bars (without nuts), fruit snacks and 100% juice boxes were distributed. The Longest Day

On June 17, 2015, the Ladies of Beta Alpha Omega Chapter hosted its last event before summer break – The Longest Day (TM) to help raise funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association®.
